Shiny Sandcastles will make every effort to portray the item as accurately as possible
Actual colours may differ from computer to computer, so please allow any slight colour
variances. :)
Please note that emailing your order to me implies your intention of confirming it and
I will reserve the piece for you.
Items not paid for within 24 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for
sale thereafter without further notification.
All items available for sale are brand new products.
The Exchange Policy is applicable under the circumstance that a defective or grossly
misinterpreted item was sent out.
By purchasing an item from Shiny Sandcastles, you are deemed to have been agreeable
to all the Terms & Conditions stated.
Shiny Sandcastles also reserves the right to amend Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that exchanges/credit notes are only available on a case-by-case basis.
In the event that the item you originally purchased has sold out, a credit note will be provided.
All items to be returned must be done so within 7 working days.
Items must be in brand new condition.
Postage cost to have the item sent back to Shiny Sandcastles will be borne by the customer.
